At La Beautique, we’re committed to providing a seamless, stress-free experience for every guest. To ensure the best service for all, please review our salon policies before your visit.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to the team members at La Beautique Salon, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48-hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 7 days in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months or weeks ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you do not cancel or reschedule within the 48-hour time frame.

Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the total services booked. No-shows or same day cancellations/rescheduling will result in a charge equal to 100% of the total services booked.

Appointments made within a 24-hour period can not be canceled or it will result in a charge equal to 100% of the total services booked.

If you miss an appointment and we are unable to charge your card the cancellation/no show fee, before we can book you  another appointment, we need to charge your card for the fee.

If you have missed two appointments in a row or if you have missed three or more appointments overall, we will no longer be able to accommodate booking your appointments in advance, you will need to call the day of for availability.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our waitlist guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. La Beautique Salon policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS

Reservations – We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and stylist. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

Credit Card on File – A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments. Your card will not be charged unless our cancellation policy is violated.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS & REFUNDS

Your Satisfaction Matters – If you’re not 100% in love with your hair, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We’ll be happy to make adjustments to ensure you’re thrilled with the results!

No Refunds – We do not offer refunds on services, but we will always do our best to make things right.

PRODUCT RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns – We accept returns on unopened, unused retail products within 14 days of purchase for salon credit.

BRIDAL & GROUP APPOINTMENTS

Bridal Services – Due to the time and preparation required for bridal appointments, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Group Bookings – Parties of 3 or more require a credit card on file and a 48-hour cancellation notice.

SALON ETIQUETTE & EXPERIENCE

Children & Guests – For the safety and relaxation of all guests, we ask that only those receiving services be in the styling area. Children must be supervised at all times.

Devices – Feel free to take selfies (we love them!), but we ask that phone conversations be kept at a low volume to maintain a relaxing environment.
