La Beautique Associate Program

Our full-time paid internship program is designed for recent graduates in cosmetology. During your time in the program you will learn how to provide a premium client experience by working HANDS-ON with one of our incredible educators. You will be trained in the areas of technical skills, guest handling, and business building. Our Associates work with one dedicated Senior Stylist to grow into a career hairdresser. You will be given an Opportunity Floor Day at La Beautique Salon within 4 weeks of beginning our Associate program!

As Associates book up their Opportunity Floor Day and continue education, they are awarded additional Floor Days, working toward full-time positions as a Level 1 Stylist. Most will be working as a full-time commissioned Stylist within a year!

Associates receive a competitive hourly wage and tips, until they are steadily making commission. Additional details are discussed upon interviewing.

For interested students who are still enrolled in Cosmetology School, we have part-time reception positions available, which fosters interest and growth, while finishing license requirements.

La Beautique Guest Service Experts

Guest Service Experts are responsible for maintaining the salon front of house. This includes first and foremost, giving our guests a seamless, friendly experience . You will be thoroughly trained to offer our guests additional service opportunities and at-home care.
