La Beautique Associate Program

Our full-time paid internship program is designed for recent cosmetology graduates. During this hands-on program, you’ll work closely with an incredible educator, learning how to provide a premium client experience while mastering:

✔ Technical skills
✔ Guest handling
✔ Business building

You’ll start by working with a dedicated Senior Stylist to develop your skills and grow into a career hairdresser. Within 4 weeks, you’ll be given an Opportunity Floor Day to start building your own clientele. As you book up and advance, you’ll earn additional Floor Days, progressing toward a full-time position as a Level 1 Stylist.

✨ Most associates transition into full-time commission-based stylists within a year!

💰 Compensation: Associates receive a competitive hourly wage + tips until they are steadily making commission. Additional details are discussed during the interview process.

🎓 Still in Cosmetology School? We offer part-time reception positions to help you get your foot in the door while finishing your license requirements.

Our Guest Service Experts ensure a seamless, friendly front-of-house experience. This role is perfect for those who love interacting with clients, curating a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting a team of talented stylists.
