Salon Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, should you have any questions, concerns or are unhappy with the service(s) you have received, please notify Guest Services within two weeks of having the services done. If a correction is needed, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the Service Provider who performed the initial service or in some cases, the Owner. Corrections & adjustments are made available to you at no cost as long as you have notified Guest Services within two weeks of the initial service.
 
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Your appointments are very important to the team members at La Beautique Salon, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
 
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
 
Our appointments are confirmed 7 days in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months or weeks ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you do not cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour time frame.
 
Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the total services booked. No-shows will also result in a charge equal to 50% of the total services booked.
 
Appointments made within the 24-hour period need to be canceled within 2 hours of making the appointment or it will result in a charge equal to 50% of the total services book.
If you miss an appointment and we are unable to charge your card the cancellation/no show fee, before we can book you  another appointment, we need to charge your card for the fee.
 
If you have missed TWO appointments in a row and paid the fees; OR, if you have missed THREE or more appointments overall and paid the fees we will no longer be able to accommodate booking your appointments in advance, you will need to call the day of for availability.
 
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our waitlist guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
